Salted Egg Shrimp Recipe! Singapore Food Series!
Sikat ang dish na ito sa Singapore at sikat din sa atin! Ang maganda, kayang kaya natin itong lutuin! Panoorin niyo ito, mga Ka-Cheffies at gawin niyo din para sa pamilya ninyo. Sigurado akong mag-eenjoy kayo!
Singapore Salted Egg Shrimp
500 grams shrimp, medium-sized, peeled and deveined, with tails left on
canola oil for frying
3/4 cup cooking wine or Mirin
1/2 cup cornstarch, seasoned with salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter
6 salted egg (itlog na maalat), (use yolks), mashed
Basil leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Hindi ba double alat yan? Maybe skip the salt since maalat na yung salted egg and the butter.

Nope. It worked for me. But maybe when you do it, you can skip the salt like you said.
Wag magalit sa tanong ko eh khit hindi mo n lutuin sa salted egg yan pwede mo ng kainin ung shrimp luto n eh sasaw n lng sa toyo at calamansi tipid p hehehe im sorry
