WHY did the end make me tear up lmao There's something so uplifting about seeing someone have such a positive outlook on life and appreciate the smallest things like a yummy breakfast so much

This must be the healthiest recipe Nigella's ever made
I want this series to become available in the states, this and reruns of the Italian cooking sires she did.
I’ve made this recipe so many times from her book. So lovely to see her making them herself. 😊😊

Now I know what to do with these strange oats I bought without thinking one day...
Made these, can vouch for how good they are! Mine didn't look as perfect as hers sadly.
150g/5½oz clear honey 150g/5½oz frozen (or fresh) raspberries 100g/3½oz porridge oats (not instant, use gluten-free oats if required) ¼ tsp sea salt flakes 1 tsp baking powder 1½ tsp ground cinnamon 100ml/3½fl oz oat milk, or any other sort you wish 1 free-range egg 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract 1 tsp sunflower oil

It's nice. I made this for everyone this Sunday morning and everyone love it. I made an additional 12 and freezed them since my regular mornings are filled with rushing and hurrying so I don't think making this during the week will help me..

Everything good that honey is known for is lost when heated up over 45 degrees celcius. I would defrost/cook the raspberries and add the honey when off the heat or use brown sugar and water instead.

Yes in Ayurveda they say never to cook with honey because it’s not good for you so I would do the same thing of not mixing it with the raspberry sauce until it’s cooler
The way she talks and does everything so smoothly made me forget to pay attention to the recipe

I have tried these with both rolled oats and instant oatmeal, as long as you are blitzing them in a food processor, doesn't really matter. The rolled oats taste slightly nuttier and better.
Yan can cook
I don't like sweet pancakes so I would not add the vanilla or cinnamon. There is a variety of spices that can be added instead to create a savory pancake.

@@MarioMVasilev Yes I am devastated and incredibly offended. I am lactose intolerant but I have never heard of oat milk. I now have and i have it in my cold brew coffee and i find it quite pleasant!
