I don’t mind the fact that they made the Selles antsy, they are know to be a bit hotter than the other warmbloods. just wish it was more subtle and not so sudden

ALSO I know I already commented but for anyone who wants to see a special move before you level your horse up, gallop and break-stop, the icon will light up and you can do the special move. 🤩

This may be a coincidence but I emailed Star stable about a month or two ago and asked them if they would be able to make a horse coat that looks like my horse’s since there are no horses that look like him in game. They told me that they would send my request to their team. That steel grey looks a lot like him, especially the face. I may be wrong but either way I will definitely be buying that horse 😅

I just love them :D At first I was kinda… well, the special gait locked really weird, but with the explanation, that it’s like supposed to be that “jump over small obstacles” it is one of my fav spacial gaits :D

The speed up animation kind of reminds me of how fast the gen 1 horses are.

The model is great, but the walk, trot and fast gallop are either stiff or weird🤔 I love the black one tho! Finally we got a black with socks and a blaze after a year of fully black horses (or them just having a star or one tiny sock)

I like their hyperness lol. I wouldn't like if every horse is like that, but having this one is ok.

I have mixed feeling about these horses, but SSO really hit the steel gray and buckskin paint out of the park (and this is coming from someone who doesn't even care for pinto warmbloods)! Ironically, I actually kind of like the idle animations. They make these horses look pretty high strung, which is realistic for some horses. I just might get one or two at some point provided I train the horses I already have, which might take several months. 😅

anyone else notice that one section of the mane that looks kind of weird? also that trot is extremely stiff

I freaking LOVE them I told myself I’d never buy star coins again but… I might have to when they come out. This might be one of my new favourite breeds, if they don’t ruin them for release

Is it just me or do the Grey look like this esmes horse joey? I think they might have taken his coat. They have done that 2 times before. One was wicket, the only peacock appaloosa stud. His owner made a post about it looking exactly like Wicket and sso ghosted them because I didnt see them say anything about that. Then there was a chincoteagnue that people said looked exactly like another youtubers horse but I dont remember what horse it was.

Their name translates to ‘French Saddle’ so just call them that lol

I kinda agree with you, but I really think they're overall pretty and decent looking. The steel grey looks a bit weird tbh. The nuances is too even, it should have been more light and shade on it. Besides, if you've seen the second video from CC Creations, there's more coats coming later. I can't wait to see them... I'm so glad they're adding more coats. I did not like the magic horses and pets that came this week. That was so unnecessary.

listen i'm abselutely obsessed with the steel grey but the FACE, i can't, it's just so unbalanced?? like the whole body is mostly solid then the face is just a mess of shades. like yeah it has lighter shades on the faded sock situation but not as prominent as the face and it bugs the shit out of me

As a french, you pronounced selle français pretty well tbh

the selle francais is one of my favourite breeds in real life so im definetly buying one. im not too sure about the current coats tho, so i might just wait for the eq festival!

Why is the horse emoting when it's idle

Honestly, I feel like the animations for them are horrid apart from the walk, slow gallop, sliding stop, and that second idle move that was showed. The first idle move sort of looks like they're spinning on the surface, similar to how the friesians do with their special gait, which I just don't like at all. Since they're coming out in March, I honestly doubt that SSO is going to be doing many changes to them regarding the stiffness and just how awkward they are. But we'll see I guess 😭😭also I agree about the whole socks thing on the horses. I wish we could just get plain coats with face markings and maybe just one or two really small markings on the feet.

No cause like- why does the bay sf and lipi remind me of Polynesian sauce T-T Also, I feel like the Selle Francais' are just dragging their hooves across the ground with the trot- like it doesn't feel high enough- maybe that because I ride the dwb too much. The sooty buckskin pinto is pretty, but it feels like there's just too much going on.

When i first saw the spoilers I only liked the special rear and the backing animation.

The shoulders look stiff in the gallop and rear, I hope it’s fixed

I love the bay one, the black one and steel grey the most, but tbh I can just see myself buying the black one cuz lately i have been buying only bays and greys. Its time for a nice little black horse that isn't an fuggly dr*g addicted fresian to be in my stable!

i like them much more than the dutch because their ir not so stiff idk the selle francais look just wayyy better edit: im dissapointed with the steel grey tbh i mean i dont like their head... if the head ws a different color i would def buy

The coat colours are fine, although they are, once again, super boring and repetitive. I wish they'd include unique leg markings that end more ragged or face markings like thin badger or or even interrupted blazes that have unique patterns

The gaits are just- a mess. The trot is very BWB, the canter is FLAT. It’s just not good. The gallop looks so weird. The flea bitten and heavy dapple grey or whatever feels empty on the stomach. The trot/canter jump reminds me of the starter horse jump with its front leg angling in. Their special animation is just the andy’s rear. It’s not suiting and it looks bad for the breed. Idk, they are absolutely not going in my stable. Just like the BWB or dutchie. I just can’t force myself to like them. The ardennes was the best horse they have released this year thus far and for the best couple of years.

What I think about them? One word…. no. Edit 1: (I bought 1..) Edit 2: (I bought 2…) Edit 3: (I bought three 😊)

I think they're mediocre which usually would be okay, but SSO can't get away with mediocre rn when the game is in such a poor state, if the game was better they could get away with mediocre horses, but now the horses are the only reason people play
