I spent years researching this, I eventually got a 23 second clip of the craft at 3:47 pm gliding over the mountain top. I say gliding because there was no sound and this will sound weird but it made you feel nauseous watching the clip. The footage just formated from every storage drive and wouldn't upload to any online site or forums. It always never got above 78 percent upload. Call me a lier or crazy but I can draw the thing and they were no lights but some sort of glowing liquid recesses that looked like oil floating on water, five of these. It locked as if the inside was some strange liquid.

I don't believe you're a lier, because I had also seen it myself. I was in San Francisco on top of the rooftop when I had seen it, it flew above our heads, I was with a few other women and their kids as well as my own. It stayed there above my friends head, it was about 3 to 4ft above us then it went another foot higher because I had stopped it from abducting her and her son. I seen the shape of them and I spoke to Dennis Richmond from channel 2 news, he and a NASA guy validated everything that we went through that night. I was in a battered woman's shelter at the time and we were on the rooftop of the shelter, but we couldn't be on the news because we would have violated the rules and they would have had to get permission from the director of the shelter before they could have interviewed us. But the NASA guy had a big telescope that can see way into the galaxy and he called them that night, so when I spoke the Dennis he described everything of all of us that night. In Arizona the news crew out there tried to say people were on there rooftops that night which is what I believe is false, because I have family out there and there is no way they would go on top of their roofs to see it, I was so mad that the anchor man had gotten the story from the channel 2 news in Oakland, Ca.

Saw this same craft in broad daylight in Lousiana, Baton Rouge 2011. Reported the day sighting to MUFON. No the circles (engines? gravity wells?) didn't glow at all in daylight, but it did glow... and did something very spectacular. PM me if you know what would happen next.

Why can't news reporters carefully research their stories? They have a chance to say something on an important event and often get the facts mixed up. The "flares" were not the huge boomerang shaped object seen earlier passing over part of Phoenix North to South. Both phenomena were different, at least according to eyewitnesses.

Interesting fact, that boomerang was sighted in southern Nevada as well, coming from the direction of Groom Lake..

2:19 Nice logic there. Guess he didn't think that through. I fail to see how the ability to travel through space would make the need e for lights on their ship obsolete. Why do we need lights on our cars to drive at night then, when could just use night vision?

Because they are making a demosntration to us.. And so they adapt their "presentation" to us.. They obviously know they can be watched/seen... Because they do it on purpose indeed. It is not casual , it is not an accident.. Or a fail... Nooo.. It is their way /a way of letting us know they do exist.. Or that something out of our habitual Frameworks - box exists... indeed.. For us to begin to become familiar... Or begin to open up the posibility of their existence as something "natural"...or plausible.. It seems quite "casual" but obviously it is not.. They can be on invisible mode.. And so if they at a times dont this is purposeful... Then we may ot some of the locals can begin to accept that they do.could be here despite our present (probably wrong or. Limited) scientific "notions".. So we be "open minded".. And as a preparation for a future contact when that is acceptable and even natural to us...with these demonstrations they gently open cracks in our belief - systems... This helps us to evolve further.. It is part of our further "education".. Or evolution at this actual stage-state.

you have to keep in mind that back in 97, only a few people had a digital device ready to record and directly at hand...no smartphones back then so few live footages probably

I believe this lady who wrote a book, we see in her eyes that she is not lying, all this is true, in Phoenix on March 13, 1997, he was in the sky, they came to give us a sign because the people in power don't want to give us the truth. it comes to us the data them. Thanks to the lady for risking all her judgment and her career for writing this book, because we can't forget her now.
