THIS IS MY DREAM HOME. Taylor Morrison YOU GOT IT....this has everything that you wished for, but I would love even more if they make the same floor plan in one single story home.That will be the ideal for many people like me that don´t want to climb stairs. Hopefully more builders can listen to buyers and I am a Realtor that I that I always wonder why builders don't realize that people wants...drop zone, gourmet kitchens, no bedroom or bath at the entrance, big pantries, big laundry rooms, Master Bathroom with a make up space, and family room with a space for built in, shower that are comfortable etc... this is the home I would show to many customers and I buy it for myself. Hi Luz! I'm so glad you like the home tour! One of the challenges with putting this much into a home is that it would be awfully tough to do in a one story plan. The footprint of the home would just be too large for standard lots. Check out my previous video the St. Croix in the same community. It has a lot of what this home has in one story! In model homes, we often don't feature the back yard because this actual home on this actual lot is not for sale. BUT, we should have shown you a little more of it!

Hi Ward! With Model Homes the backyard is often not a good indication of the back yards of the available homes, and we sometimes have restricted access. For my clients that are interested in buying homes, I always send them in depth video and drone shots of any lots they are interested in so they can see what their actual lot is like from every angle! :)

Hi Rüzgar! This specific home is on a lot that is not like any other that you can build in the neighborhood, so we didn't want to show it because it would give a false sense of the kind of backyard you would have if you actually built this home in the neighborhood.
