I missed the gathering room high ceilings but this model makes more sense to me than the Bimini.

That bench in the kitchen nook does not come with this model. That is a decorator addition. It is just an example of what can be done in that area other than the typical table and chairs.

Love this home and any rent to own programs in Florida and loans with an ITN number and love this home only want one floor but the same style

Can you find out what flooring and countertop was used on the Island?

Love the color yellow. Not feeling the bench in the dinning room either. Would love to see the backyard from the front. Wish the upstairs closet spaces were bigger. Overall, u did a great job, enjoyed it.

😂 this is just setup this way for the model home. They will put the driveway back once the builder leaves and someone occupies the home.

I’m from California. I am curious why the master bedrooms are downstairs? Here, they are usually upstairs.

great observation!! There are some floor plans that have the master upstairs. However Master downstairs is a popular option down here because some of the older folks don't like going up and down the stairs. Whatever you're looking for I'm sure there's something for you 🙂

That's a great question!!! They only did it like that for the model. When the sell it they will put it back to normal.

Yes Taylor Morrison does build a few neighborhoods in the Tampa area.

How much are we thinking this sand key is with those upgrades?... Heard you mention the Bimini was in the 700s after upgrades

Good question. It's only like this for the model homes but the actual homes will come with a full driveway connecting to the garage.

En suites for the bedrooms are great, but the closets are definitely not big enough for even one person. Just my opinion as I’m a closet freak. Haha

How do you enter to the car garage with all those plants? Very beautiful home.

do you know chakita krulsawat? he is also a realtor based in nevada, you should check out his channel and watch all of his videos, he's good with house tours, very good quality.. sorry i have to say this, you're moving your camera too quickly, you're not thinking about your viewers. go to his channel and maybe you can learn something about being a good realtor on youtube. 🙄
