Oh man, I love this place. Paul, you're now my fav Florida realtor. I just bought a house in the UK that is almost 1/4 the size of this for £475k. 😣🙄. Can't wait to buy a place stateside.

Consider creating a playlist on KZread instead. You can name the playlist "FL Liked Homes" and save it there. I think Google's analytics will flag KZreadrs if a certain number of dislikes is generated. From my personal perspective, dislikes could be misinterpreted that viewer dislikes the content -- and it's so vague, too. For example, people would dislike a video about St. Jude's Hospital saving kids from terminal illness. 🙄🙄 There's a lot of time that's invested which goes into pre- and post video production. So, regardless if there's a home I don't like, I always give Paul a 👍.

Brazilians love Orlando and love buying homes there. I mean rich Brazilians, the poor ones, love Orlando too, but cannot afford to buy homes there

Nice home, but I don't think builders should eliminate the tub. There's nothing better than a hot soak when your muscles or bones ache. Plus it helps you to relax.

They will put a driveway in when they sell the model.

A house like this would cost you around 1 million euro, and then you still have rain 90% of the time.
