I can even begin to express how much I LOVE this house. Everything about it is amazing to me. I just love every corner of it. I feel like I live there, I've watched the video so many times. Beautiful.

One of the BEST homes I have seen so far. Whoever built and furnished this home has completely out done themselves🥰 Literally the ONLY thing I could suggest, is a more secure fence around the pool because of children.

And 2 years I’m call you too find something like this for me I love it

What a beautiful home with great thought given to a practical yet upscale design. The 20-22 ' ceilings are tremendously appealing as well but out the back doors...paradise! Thank you so much for taking us on a lovely journey...

Finally, a builder who doesn't through up shiplap, white subway tile and sliding barn doors with corrugated metal siding everywhere accented with steam punk junk for lighting and call it "decor". This is beautifully designed for layout and tastefully decorated. Good job.

In Florida we have lots of rules...usually never near water front...because Florida is low lying and well, insurance wont cover much and mostly those properties near water were abandoned or distroyed and resold as cleared land or for development. The buyer must have and buy two properties..one on higher level ground nowhere near water...or they will not be able to evacuate either way...not even at night if there is a flood. I lived near a small pond...oh, my god...we were flooded 2 feet plus per day for weeks....

Love everything about this house and the office perfect for a CPA 🙂

This is a nice floor plan, I like the formal living room in the front next to the dining room and the study is magnificent with that cathedral ceiling. The open floor plan in the back makes much better sense and is still not to open that you see everything. The decorator did a great job with the blues throughout very nice. One thing though if I spent a million dollars to live on the lake in my beautiful mansion I could guarantee you I wouldn’t have white wire shelves like you get from Home Depot in my pantry and closets this house should have solid wooden rods and shelves as a standard not an upgrade.

Kitchen is too small the kitchen should be one of the largest rooms in a house
