Wow, I love this house. Excellent use of space on both floors. The kitchen is gorgeous with the white on white! The master bedroom and bath are gorgeous - I love the color of the master bath walls. Turquoise is my favorite color. If I had to change something in the house it would be to make the floors either a darker stain or go with the wood look tile or laminate flooring. I'd prefer a non-wood floor because I have one now and it is so hard to keep clean. Dirt tracks everywhere and it stains so badly. I just want to add some advice about natural wood floors if I may to save some time, money and frustration for others. Yes, wood floors are the prettiest but they are too porous to be functional. What we've noticed is that they need to be renewed at least every ten years and this means the furniture needs to be placed out of the way, and the family have to find another place to live for up to a week, maybe more depending on how fast they finish the work. The renewing of wood floors is not only costly but the commercial-grade sanding machine stirs up a lot of caustic dust that doesn't leave the house for a long time, not to mention the scent of the wood sealer on the floor lingering for a long time. My husband had a terrible allergic reaction to all this and his whole body would turn lobster red even months later.

Don't have an exact price but I know it's close to $500K. They are almost sold out in this neighborhood so I know they will be selling this actual model home soon.

I love this home but it doesn't have a pool my home would definitely have a pool sorry

The living room is too small for a house that size. You can't fit a sofa and loveseat comfortably especially adding a lazy boy. But I do like the separate activity room

That would be awesome but I don't think it's worth it for the builder because you usually don't get your money back on pools.

I don’t think many brits will be buying at the moment with the $ being so strong against the £ and with the amount of mass shootings Brit’s are being warned that the USA 🇺🇸 isn’t safe for us to go to. I’ve been to Orlando about 18 times in the last 20 years and usually stay in Davenport but I haven’t been for two years now.
