Lovely home...agree with the layout it's very nice the internal space is cleverly designed and no wasted/unused space. Also like the outside chill out area. This model with the updated modern look would be awesome- deffo worth paying a little extra for it .Thumbs up!

my comment is they should have put the balcony by the master bedroom and stop putting the closet inside the bathroom it causes it will cause mildew, It will damage your clothes.

Yup, this is what I noticed about these beautiful houses. The walk-in closet of the master bedroom is always inside the bathroom🤔 the moist from the bathroom will ruin and mold the clothes, shoes, bags and other stuff in your walk-in closet.

I like this Baldwin model, ill be more ready to actually start the purchase process in like 3 to 6 months...thanks 😊

Love the higher modern one on the right, not a fan of the floors, but all white minimalism style, I love….

I really love this house, probably because of the open ceilings, beautiful staircase and gorgeous kitchen area. Is there any option that replaces the sliding glass door in the dining room to double french doors? The living room is too small and I just bet that closing the exit to the garage in that room and replacing it with windows would really help the flow and layout. Additionally, though it's cool to have the garage detached with a walkway into the house, as a woman I would truly fear that arrangement. It does not seem very safe in my opinion.

This is a lovely house to raise a family, but i’m interesting a in corner townhouse in Clermont, florida. can you be kind of and show the more recently townhouses you might have . All the townhouses you’re showing, are one year old. i want to move to florida at this end of this year. So i would like to see more townhouses. thanks. you are the best of best real state agent. congrats!!!

Its cute , I prefer contrast on cabinets so The white on white is modern but kind of boring and too sanitary looking , I love those pendant lights in the kitchen😁👍✌

Yeah I prefer this layout the best in this neighborhood.

I liked this floor plan better. That open space above the dinning room is a waste of space, I'd prefer a loft space. I'm glad they discontinued the laundry room door, it's taking up valuable wall space

Yeah it's a winner!

I don't like the detached garage: if it's pouring down raining, when I pull in to my garage, I want to be in the house (attached) and I won't get wet. This house, I pull in to the garage and have to wait until the rain stops or get sopping wet! Deal Breaker!

unfortunately they do not. But this is a good way to get an idea of how to decorate and arrange the furniture

Yeah that's the only problem these days with new construction unless you go further out to Groveland area. Otherwise you have to get in early and pay a premium for lots that have lots of space.

They do not come with solar but you have the option to have any solar company come out and install solar.

These neighborhoods always have houses on top of each other where everyone is on the same lot practically. You have no privacy in the back either because your neighbors house is staring at you from your backyard also. And the land is cheap in Oakland. I challenge a builder to build homes on a half acre in Orlando and charge no moreThen 750,000 a house.

The bedrooms and the closets are too small ! The upstairs walking space is too narrow and scary. Someone could easily fall over the balcony onto the dining room table.

Those closets are TERRIBLE! Cannot believe they are selling any esp. for this price.
