Most home builders in the area have subcontractors that they use or you can find your own. I don't think ANY of the builders do them themselves.
Awesome video, how long does a registered realtor stay in Beazer homes systems as a buyer's registered agent?

Hi Patrick! Good question.....it will depend on the builder. But in most cases it is 60 days. If there has not been any communication or forward progress then a potential can be registered with another realtor. Does that help? And can I help you???? :)
