You havent synced properly! You need to set rpm to 3060 exactly when synchroscope is in the middle top!

I know as I have done so in previous seasons... I'm testing to see if it makes a difference in game or not doing it this way... I hope this is understandable and apologies I didn't mention in the episode 😎✌️

@@ShArPy1o1Games The game really does not represent reality in that matter. In a real power plant you would have to match the RPM and phase by modulating the bypass or admission valves. Also there will be no power generated with the breaker open and closing the breaker while not in sync will destroy a whole lot.

I understand where your coming from, but it's only a game and I'd like to see if it makes a difference in the repair integrity or not as I'm still outputting power to the city so far 🤣👌

According to the game developer, Xenon absorbs neutrons very strongly, but Boron also absorbs neutrons. So I wonder why do we have to inject Boron into the reactor core when Boron and Xenon both absorb neutrons?

Because 1 is used to control the reactivity and temperature of the reactor and the other is a by-product of the 1st reaction 🤓

I have a few people wanting to see it, and it looks like I will be uploading it to YT very soon... I honestly didn't think people would be interested? 🤣✌️

I think I would prefer to see a realistic run, using both control rods and boron, since I have seen you do the boron only method before. Also, I typically run without the resistors on and just use the bypass to keep slightly under the requested power. I only use the resistors as a temporary stopgap if I am dealing with something like a big decrease in requested power so I do not spike it too high while bringing it down. Do you run with the resistors on all the time, and if so, how is the wear? I know resistors used to cause a lot of costs if someone was using them constantly, but maybe that has been toned down.

Using the resistors doesn't really damage them to much unless you are overcapacizing them... plus money is so easy to earn in this game 🤣✌️

Many updates over the last month have made the game "unsharable" with the audience of YT since of some bugs and issues that either have been fixed or still need to be 🤔😎

I got a question. what is it exactly the boron solution does? Is it only a moderator like the control rods, or does it help with burning off Xenon for instance?

The Boric Acid works like a Liquid version of the Control Rods... For fine tuning of a pressurised reactor... Overall it controls the reactivity and temperature ✌️👌

me personally I would like to see the first startup and first comment of the new update video... my first start up this patch ended like chernoybl

I'm trying to understand the Chemical Treatment features in this game, there are Xenon, Iodine, Boron, Sodium Hydroxide, pH, etc. My brain is overloaded. Can you explain it for me in a nutshell? Thanks in advance!

Does Boron dosing kill Xenon-135? I'm getting trouble after 1 day in-game time, my reactor coolant is full of Xenon (and Boron too). It kills the reaction and I can't startup again 😢. I thought that Boron also kill Xenon, but now both Boron and Xenon are killing the reaction and no way to start it up 😢😢

Boron (boric acid) controls the reactivity and temperature of the core/fuel and xenon is a by-product of the reaction occurring itself... I have many tutorial videos available with chemicals to watch that will help 🤔✌️

Hi. First of all: I'd love to see the realistic way of operating the reactor. Second: Can you explain/show how to solve problems with the pressurizer? Like, I sometimes had problems after a large maintenance thingy where the pressure went down all to zero, and when I tried to start up again, the water level played roller coster... How can I get rid of that?

Thanks heaps for the comment and it seems that the most popular request has been to operate in a Realistic aspect in the game. The pressuriser needs water in it, the way it fills up is from your primary coolant system loop with having the valves opened then closed again once filled to the desired lvl. Hope this helps as I know the pressuriser can be complex and confusing ✌️

The red light needs to be on the top and turn green at 3060 rpm or you will kill the turbine and transformer

I have done it this way specifically to see if it actually makes a difference in game... I'd like to know if doing it this way will cause more damage or not? Since its a new Game the first shutdown will come soon for when we will need to install another loop etc. 🤣✌️ Hope this is understandable

​@@ShArPy1o1Games If you're playing around with damaging your turbine, I have an idea for another experiment: see if you can get the turbine to "motor" by connecting it to the power grid without feeding it reactor power (reactor shut down or steam bypassed). A real turbine generator will start drawing in the external grid power causing it to spin backwards like an electric motor. This WILL damage the turbine if it is coded realistically, so make sure you save first or do it prior to your repair session. I'm really curious about what would happen, it might make a fun video.
