I have smoked 5 briskets, and every other type of meat every weekend with great success. Pros. The sliding grates make it super easy to cook on, tons of space., easy to clean. Consistent temp control. Cons ... The lid was welded crooked, I put some extra gasket around it and its working fine. Same with the fire box had to add some gasket, no big deal.
