It's seem they did call them. Reliable rumours have it that poor sales of the 4 door C63 have led to them changing the CLE63 back to a V8, let's hope so!

C63 is going back to V8. All isn't lost. It seems like the 4 Cylinder, really did not do it.

The way you got excited about this car is something missing from other automotive journalists. They don’t get excited anymore. Keep this energy. Excellent review.

Yes, Alex has a calming tone; great delivery. Queen VBH I associate primarely with her Clarkson video appearance, very enthused, enjoyed that too.
Alex got the outfit color bang on for this car / review.
The SWAN-SONG a final gesture, performance given just before death, Aston Martin hitting the sweet spot of perfection,looks and performance. I’ve never desired ownership of a motor vehicle as this Aston. forced into having soulless electric cars with the powers to-be restraining our freedoms.

That Navy Blue/Royal Blue is so beautiful
should have looked like this from the beginning. Also Aston is pretty much the only company just simply making beautiful cars. None of that, "it's polarizing, you have to get used it blah blah blah". Just one look at it and you say to yourself, wow that's gorgeous

As I said on the Top Gear review on this - "yeah, everything is all about Porsche Porsche Porsche, but... IF I had the money, I'd DEFFO buy this... Especially in that Blue... (My favourite colour, though my ultimate fave Blue is 'Audi Ara Blue Chrystal')... 😏👍 😎🇬🇧

Gear changes might be quick and punchy but how does it feel when taking off from an intersection? Does it moan like an automatic? I had a 2013 Audi S4 with a dual clutch and now I own a 2017 S4 with an automatic. While moving the transmission is comparable but when taking off from a standstill at low throttle, I.e. everyday driving, it’s horrible. It goes through first and even into second moaning before it finally locks up the torque converter. Don’t get me wrong, I love my S4, but that one thing alone really bugs me. Horrible compared to the previous dual clutch.

7:33 interesting take here about how she could feel front-end grip. The consensus among other reviews seems to be that there's not enough feel from the front wheels to the driver through the steering wheel I wonder what made her experience different. Differences between press cars?

I’m glad you floor it on dirt and gravel so I know what it looks like because if I spend £135k on it I will definitely not be doing that and risk stone chips over the rear quarter which will completely ruin my life.

this is a small step in the car world, but a huge leap for the Aston Martin Vantage. In terms of Tech, Performance and Power they went from a 991.1 GTS to a 992 Turbo S.
It's not like the ppl that Can afford these type of cars actually drive them every day

The one you want is the V12 manual. But it’s nice. A little bored of Aston now. They’ve looked the same since the DB7. But lovely cars.

What could you possibly need? How about AWD or a form of it. It could be more heavy biased towards RWD, but an AWD would give you much better handling.
