Could be tempted to obtain one if it ever goes on offer, otherwise I could not justify the price tag with a new concept.

How often do we set water hardness. Only for the first time or certain frequency?

Hi Melis, unless you move to a new location that might require a different setting you should only need to do that once.

If it seems to be dripping an unusually high amount please call us at 1-800-562-1465 when you are near your machine. We'll be happy to assist you.

It just keeps on blinking and everytime I press a button it just buzz and nothing happens! This is a glorified piece of trash... I wish that I bought the cheapest model....
