    Mine has been leaking out the bottom. It didn’t start that until i did my first descaling. Now I’m trying it again to see if it will clear and stop. I’m on my 3rd rinse and it is still flashing orange

    I must be really thick as took me several tries to get this working. So confusing. Lock, unlock, press button for 7 seconds and then unlock lock and press button for 7 seconds. I am still confused but it seems to be doing something!

    With my newer pixie model (buttons are rubbery) it seems you cant pause the descaling process, but it just stops if there is not water and I have to press 5secs again - sometimes not successfully, was the pause mechanic removed? Still very helpful video!

    Hi there, please be advised that descaling mode cannot be paused. To exit this mode, you will need to press and hold both Espresso and Lungo buttons down for 5 seconds. I hope that this is helpful, but please let me know if you require further assistance. Thank you.

    I got mine at the end of 2018. No issues so far, it’s working perfectly well. I still believe it is one of the best expresso coffeemakers for domestic use, if not the best one. 1450W / 19bar makes it ideal. The Nespresso capsules are unique in flavor and you can prepare various recipes. Love it! (I’m living in Brazil)

    Most annoying and finicky machine I've nearly thrown across the room in a long time. One button is only simple when it works consistently. This blinks light thing has me really annoyed. Descaling? Maybe a separate light would help? A separate button? I'm having instant right now and hate all of you.

    If you are just running filtered water through to rinse it, the "Descaling mode" will be loiud and do nothing the first 5 minutes. round mibute 6 or 7 it will start to run through the machine. Nespresso, for such an expensive machine why do you make it this difficult. please get a descale button .

    Almost as unforgetable as your horrible Veho delivery service you guys use. 5th delayed delivery in a row, and probably counting. Definitely made me want to switch back to a company where I don't have to order the coffee.

    That was great until the whole machine seized in the rinse cycle - just stopped. Can’t exit the cycle (tried multiple times) but lights keep flashing and none of the buttons work. Turned it off at the wall and back on again but to no avail. Lights still flashing but nothing is Now I have a Nespresso that is a bench ornament. How do I resolve this?

    Hot water will run through the spout during the cleaning process. You can also wipe it down with a warm cloth as well.

    Thank you for your comment! In this case you need to repeat, to descaling process, with clean water. Please fill the water tank full, at every step of the process. This way the machine should exit automatically from the descaling program. Sincerely: Nespresso

    Anyone else tried other descaling solutions besides the nespresso one? My only issue with them is they only sell them with 2x satchets. Would've been nice to buy a 1L bottle and not have to worry about it for a while (I know it says every 6-12 mths, but our descale light is showing in our 2nd month owning it)
