I simply adore Neil. I loved all of his songs and TV interviews and shows. To think he has Parkinson's is just heartbreaking. My husband had Parkinson's for 10 years and passed in 2020. I'm so glad that Neil has a lovely and caring wife and family. LOVE YOU, NEIL.

Neil Diamond came from a family who worked hard but didn't have a lot. He has become uber wealthy but never lost sight of where he came from. Although there are many things I love about him, one of the things most appealing about him is he doesn't seem to have a single arrogant bone in his body as many who become extremely wealthy do. He is such a genuine man. Thanks for sharing this video. I like to learn all the little interesting tidbits about Neil. He's a very interesting person.

Remember an interview with Neil. He was asked what his first luxury item was when he became famous. He replied that he bought a big stack of legal pads and just stacked them up in the corner of his house. He said he just liked to look at them. He considered them a luxury because he always jotted down song lyrics on things like napkins,gum wrappers and such….then to have all this paper! Love his humbleness!🔥❤️💎

In the early 70's i heard his Sweet Caroline that until this day i still reminisce those times, very quiet, peaceful and full of life. michaels. It actually came to me in my email yesterday from the author-and by author, I mean Doug who runs Neil Diamond Central, and I just got around to it tonight. I'm going to watch it more times tomorrow and on and on. Like you, a fan for over 50 years. His music has spoken to me and about me like with Shilo and Brooklyn Roads. I'm not from NYC, I grew up on a farm in Iowa, but grew up lonely. This was the best gift to have gotten this because over the years I thought I had found every ND video on here but I was wrong, and I'm so glad.

I have a little story to tell.... when I went to see Jazz Singer many years ago, I got so engrossed watching the film, I had my handbag on my lap and it slipped and fell on the floor of the cinema, when the film finished I was looking and looking for it .Of course I could not find because someone had stolen it. In it was my weeks wages. I shall never forget the film or the loss of my handbag. That is over 30 years ago.

I've loved him since the '60's. The first time I saw him in concert was at Red Rocks Amphitheater in 1976, and it was fantastic. Since then, I've seen him many times - in Colorado, Montana, and even in Vienna, Austria!
