Negroni Sbagliato Taste Test: Prosecco VS. Spumante | Master Your Glass
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
On this episode of MYG I compare Negroni Sbagliato with Classic Italian Sparkling wine vs one with Prosecco.
Despite being over 50 years old, this cocktail has spiked in popularity as of recently thanks to Emma D'Arcy from House of the Dragon claimed it is her favorite cocktail.

I was attempting to make a cocktail called the "Dry Season", which called for Cocchi Americano, but I accidentally put Cocchi de Torino. It was sooooo good!!!

Thanks Vino! Glad you enjoyed it! Cheers
That was fantastic Livio! We'd probably go with the prosecco, but we seem to get it a lot more where we live for some reason. Our house is big on Negroni riffs like the Boulevardier and Kingston, and this sounds right up our alley. Thanks for this one!

Great to hear from you Tony! I hope you’re doing great!
Very much appreciate your unique build sequence technique. Bubbles, then mix-in spirits to increase aroma. I have always favored giving Campari and Vermouth a good stir to chill it down and then add the cold bubbles. Aroma or chill, choices are good. Thanks for the new perspective.

You’re welcome. It took me a while to warm up to the bubbles first theory too. I agree, choices are good. Cheers.
I will have to find Spumante , nice video

Nice! You can also look for a Sparkling Wine a from Italy that says “Metodo Classico” on the label. Cheers!

@@MasterYourGlass I will look for it. When I make Spritz (usually with select) or Bellini (by making my own peach cream/juice) I go for proseco that is extra brut, I do not know how this is compared to Spumante. It might worth a video on proseco and the different level of bitterness.
Livio, This is one of the best cocktail mistakes ever :)
