NCC RDC-2008 PM Rally at Garrison Parade Ground, Delhi
Dedicated to all those cadets who participated in the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Republic Republic Day Camp (RDC) 2008 at Garrison Parade Ground in New Delhi. This is the All India Guard of Honor event at the Prime Minister's Rally (PM Rally). You can see former PM Dr Manmohan Singh receiving the guard of honor from NCC Army, Navy and Air-force contingents.
