The different uniforms represent different regiments from different parts of India. The very young people in uniform are high school and college army, navy and air force cadets from the NCC (National Cadet Corps). The last part highlights the diversity of India and its history.

Yes it happens every year on 26th January at Rajpath in Delhi. Each Regiment/Batallion has its own separate uniform. The first batch of bike stunts were all performed by women. And tableaux at the end were showcasing the speciality of different states of India. PS:- India has the 2nd largest military in the world and largest volunteer army in the world.

What an irony. Citizen of a country that oppressed India for 200 years is now looking at the 4th most strongest army's hell march.

The different uniforms show different regiments of India serving in different parts for different purposes :) Like Indian army (has more than 15 regiments) Navy Aur force National security guard Active police Reserve police Semma sasakth bal National cadet corps Scout and guides Etc etc I mean it will not stop And also not every regiment get a chance to participate in Indian parade Ofc they have to qualify after different things ;-; then only the particular regiment will have a contingent in the parade

Last ones, the bike stunts are all military and all women. It happens every year on 26 January about 9 am IST. The crowd is less because of COVID, and oh god it's a nightmare to reach there. On that day the whole government is out there so you can understand new delhi is a fortress. Yes anybody can buy tickets to go watch it but you need to go early, reach about 5 am, can't take even a bottle of water. Car parking is miles away only special shuttles are available for the visitors, so no metro, no bus, no other means of public transport. For those 3 hours of parade nothing moves in Delhi. I live 15 kms away from India gate, never once went there on republic day, even when I had passes. Also looks great on tv.

They are not all women. The black uniform ones are women and the white ones are men. And they are not a part of military, they are from para military.

The Republic Day of India happens every year in the 26th of January. The Different uniforms indicate the different regiments which come from different parts of the country. The Dare Devils who perform the acrobatics are also from the armed forces. India has one of the most powerful army in the world. It has the distinction of being the best in mountain, and gurilla warefare.

It happens every year on 26th January as Republic Day celebration. Due to covid19, they limited the number of seats in this parade. The different different uniform represents the different different forces and regiments. This is the parade of Forces and different states which represents the cultural heritage of the states. The stunts are all real and that's ITBP (India Tibet Border Police) not TBP.

Evry year they show case deferent things on independence day and this thing show the progress of India 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳💯

This is also an international event as from last year 2022 another country army was also involved in that parade. Last year the French President was there and their army was in that parade and this year the Egyptian army is there.

The stunts which u say nearly at the end was the fitness level of our soldiers.....and yes indeed they are soldiers performing and showing off strength ❤

ITBP stands for Indo-Tibetan Border Police. They are deployed on border areas of China where the temp generally ranges between 5 to -30°c

What you might have missed noticing is that the varying colors of the Indian armed forces' uniforms actually symbolize their deployment in diverse regions and weather conditions. Speaking about the Indian Army my words will fall short of expression. This is one army that has always been on the defense mode never crossed over to invade any other country. Today's Army is far well equipped. Do read about the 1971 war in Bangladesh, 1999 Indo PAK war at Kargil here they fought the enemy where in they fought valiantly to victory against all odds. They don't need MREs to survive and the commando has been soo intense that they don't even need to sanitize the water they can directly aclamatize themselves with the terrain. Possibly one of the best army in the world. ❤❤❤

You were surprised to find the difference in the uniform. So the one you are watching here are ceremony uniforms. Apart from this difference regiment and different verticals of defence services have different uniforms due to diverse weather conditions throughout the terrain. So it's according to terrain and regiment one gets a uniform and colours and mottos of their regiment. You would find a Rajputana Regiment, Sikh Regiment, Assam Rifles, Kamao Regiments all these are named after different states of India which represents the diverse culture of India as a whole.

So here is what you have to understand, the different uniforms were for different states that resemble them. for ex- the camel ones represented the deserted Rajasthan. Also, the various important places were actually states of India like Rajasthan ,Punjab ,Goa, Jammu and Kashmir ,Aruranchal Pradesh ,Assam etc.

The parade you watched is the republic day parade organised happens every year on 26th January in New Delhi, the national capital.

I love people reacting to wht india has to show.. alright- so since india is a diverse country and it has got different climmates over every part of it, and every part of the border has to be protected... the army's uniform depend on it. The northern uniforms are made depending on the coldness, the southern and western are for heat and the eastern's depend on rain and coldness ofc. And since it's hard to walk around or fight in deserts of western india, they've got camels. Ofc there are vehicles too but it's easier with the camels somehow. And the chariots they were for every singlle state of India. It showcases everything tht state has to offer and how beautiful it is. I'm really proud to be Indian.. This is weird but there's this THING I love... tht "India never attacks first, no matter what. Not because we're scared, it's bcoz we give chances and the army knows tht once it starts there's no going back..." it's like a sleeping lion, you're good till u don't disturb the peace, once it's disturbed you'll be gone for good. the fact that india holds the power to erase an entire country from the map.. it's just for the sake of peace and love between humans. The different uniforms belong to the different regiments of the Indian Army. Each regiment has its own different uniform. There are like 26 regiments in the Indian Army. Each regiment has its own parade uniform, showing their respective history and legacy. And if you wish to see the exact description, you'll have to watch The entire parade which is about an hour-long. These uniforms are for the purpose of the parade and are different from the combat uniform, which is similar for all twenty six regiments

Watch the whole parade on republic day morning live show.... i don't know it is internationally available or not but that is the real version, with real voices , commands... describe each & every thing they showcasing.. that is a 2 or 3 hours show , quite time taking but that's the real fun...

It is showcasing of all a military not just Army. For Navy and airforce uniform is the same but for Army different regiments have different uniform. India has largest number of army personnel including reserve forces and also the largest volunteer personnel. There is also non military troops. Those are student cadets NCC(National Cadet corps) and NSS(National Service Scheme). These are volunteer programs for student based all over India.

The camels are used patrol on the western borders of India as we have a huge desert and an international border with pakistan. The soldiers are called BSF (Border Security Force). Ofcourse they are dressed differently on active duty.
