Naturally Sweetened - No Sugar Orange Cookies
Preheat oven 375° F
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cookie is set and light golden brown.
