    I've increased my haemoglobin in 18days from 7 to 10.5 I have been consistent to iron rich like soaked dry dated and raisins, Gudh chana, beet juice, pomegranate juice, kaddu ke patte ki juice, banana, non veg soups.. I have stick to these things from last 18 days.. nd today i got to see result..

    @@snowkumari298 yes sure. After waking up i used to take night soaked chuadha and raisins .. after some time I used to take gudh chana and after that breakfast.. At around 11am I used to drink homemade fresh pomegranate juice.. and around 2pm i took my lunch and at 4 I used to take green juice made of pumpkin leaf and stems.. I used to cut the leaf and stems and boil in water and drink after stairing.. and then around 6.30 i used to take beet juice.. and at night 10 dinner..
