    I wish I would’ve discovered your reviews six months ago. It’s incredibly helpful to listen to someone go over the chapters. A lot of this is like a foreign language. It’s funny someone outside of NASM can be more resourceful than NASM’s resources. THANK YOU!!!!

    Thankfully I discovered this channel while on chapter 5. Now I get to go through each chapter myself then go back through it with these videos. I really struggled through ch 7 but today I have a much better understanding. Thank you.

    @@bodydesignu Indeed it is. It's my 2nd week in. I'm gonna do what I can this weekend and review everything again. Then move on. The memorization of the Global subsystem muscles is challenging. But it's coming along man! Thanks to you a lot! It's really like learning a different language

    Two things I used....Abduct is when someone takes you awsy(Maybe not specifically, but to me it means t take away)Also pronation,when you are prone to accidents(accident prone)but you fall on your face alot.The soup analogy was good.I just can't get enough of your videos.I listen to one 4 times a day as a review when im at work to keep it fresh.

    I regret enrolling with body design. Especially since I'm limited income and everything I need is found free online. I appreciate these videos just wish I had looked more into it before enrolling
