I wish I would’ve discovered your reviews six months ago. It’s incredibly helpful to listen to someone go over the chapters. A lot of this is like a foreign language. It’s funny someone outside of NASM can be more resourceful than NASM’s resources. THANK YOU!!!!

@@bodydesignu Indeed it is. It's my 2nd week in. I'm gonna do what I can this weekend and review everything again. Then move on. The memorization of the Global subsystem muscles is challenging. But it's coming along man! Thanks to you a lot! It's really like learning a different language

@@bodydesignu Why wouldn't have I already thought of that? lol. Thanks for all the hours and love you put in to this.
Two things I used....Abduct is when someone takes you awsy(Maybe not specifically, but to me it means t take away)Also pronation, when you are prone to accidents(accident prone)but you fall on your face alot. The soup analogy was good.I just can't get enough of your videos.I listen to one 4 times a day as a review when im at work to keep it fresh.

I like the "abduct" for "taking away" (from the midline of the body). Excellent! Thanks for the comment.

@@bodydesignu thank you so much for the videos and the great information.
I regret enrolling with body design. Especially since I'm limited income and everything I need is found free online. I appreciate these videos just wish I had looked more into it before enrolling
