After working in the clinical setting, I went back to school and became a teacher. The goal of my content is to help normal people, not just pre-med students, learn about the human body. That might mean explaining a topic from an anatomy class or exploring a topic from medical history.

The way that he explained "abduction" and "adduction" with the alien abduction taking his arm away from him and adduction as adding to his body really made it clearer and easier to remember.

It was really nice to have all of the movements overviewed in one short video. I feel like a lot of times we learn about different parts of the body and their movements, but it is helpful to hear all of the movements at once and see how they relate.

I love that your analogy for remembering each movement is so ridiculous, but is also so perfect at the same time. I think of them in very similar ways too (abduction = abduction of my arm, plantarflexion = you plant a plant down into the ground, etc.). Anyway, great video! Currently studying so this was really helpful :)

Then watching this video, seeing he had the same way to remember the term, made me feel even more confident that I understood what was going on. A&P is probably the most difficult class I ever taken, but I care about this class so much. Videos like yours make it easier for students who are struggling during this pandemic. Thank you! :)
