Nasal cavity bones 3D printed
Ғылым және технология
This is a bit different. It's about the bones of the nasal cavity, but I've been designing a 3D puzzle to demonstrate where the different bones are, and to emphasise where the ethmoid bone is.
You can download the files for your 3D printer here: www.thingiverse.com/thing:390...
If you want to learn more about the bones of the nose see this video:

Hi is the best...
Hands on....the best way of learning in my view. Great idea 3D model with named parts. I think I'd buy models of all sorts of body regions to help my understanding!
Thank you for being so passionate teacher because you have helped me so much with my study
This simplified everything ... I watched so many videos of ethmoid bone but I still hadn't understood it's articulation with other bones and potion of its various ...but as soon as I watched you combining the puzzle parts soon everything clicked in my mind as well. Thank you so much. Very innovative I must say!!!!

I’m not an anatomy student, but have a love of learning. As a retired primary school teacher (so some experience of what it takes to be a teacher) I can tell you that whoever Sam teaches are amongst the luckiest students around - his dedication to making learning interesting, his determination to overcome student learning obstacles (as in the video) and his belief in what he does (by making these videos available to one and all and therefore open to scrutiny) marks him out as a very special educator.

SUPER .
thankyou so much sir genius
I know that the process of actually creating this kind of topology model is helpful. You can also make animated blowups that might be even better than a physical puzzle because you can control transparency of outer layers. Fusion 360 has this capability..
Thanks from germany
Thanks
Just wow
Creative ..
عفية عليك بارك الله بيك
Its very amazing sir and i always prefer 3D animation.thanku sir krishna from india.jai modi.
Ur amazing thank u very much
Nice
Thank You!!! I always looked for a skull as a puzzle. I wished there were such a model!! But this video still helps extremely with 3 D understanding. The great thing here was the fact that the Maxilla makes kind of an anterior triangle in Nasal wall and Ethmoid kind of a posterior one. And the other thing is how the lacrimal sack opens and runs in maxilla. So Thank You!!!
Thank youuuuuuuuuu 😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️
