Labelled skull bones

Ғылым және технология

Back to the skull 5 years later, not to see if anything has changed, but because my videos have changed with dynamic labelling, better lighting and what not. So let's look at all of the bones of the skull.

Hi Sam, I've got finals coming up next week and your channel has been a pleasure while consolidating my knowledge. I think anatomy should be taught in the narrative way you do rather than in the 'bullet-pointed' way many of my lecturers have done. You have some lucky students! Looking forward to more videos

Huge thank you! I study Fine Art so have been exploring the muscles and bones to apply to my portrait drawings and paintings. These videos are helping me gain an awareness of the body in relation to how light interacts with the form.

Super tutorial video Sam. I just started a Sports Therapy course and the human antomy + systems are areas that we have to study. At almost 50yrs learning and concentrating during online sessions are a tough call. But hey, I found your videos and voila! I am memorizing and learning this unchartered area without much difficulty. Thank you very much Sir. 🙏🙏

Hi sir! These videos are amazing and super helpful for me while I'm still new to anatomy, so thank you for doing them. I was wondering if you could do one on the frontal bone as well? Thank u for everything until now :))

All the neurocranial or cranial bones are singular except for two that are paired: the parietal and temporal bones. Additionally, all the facial or viscerocranial bones are paired, except for two that are singular: the mandible and the vomer.

At 16:35, I believe you are referring to the three tiny bones in the ear known as the ossicles: the malleus, incus, and stapes.
