It has been a year and a half since I learned the sequence of Qi Gong exercises called Ba Duan Jin. You all know who baptized me to my new Shaolin path and from whom I learned this collection of wise and healthy movements. My first version of Ba Duan Jin → • A perfect day to pract... has been modified over time, according to the demands I had, but I never stopped practicing it as the first thing in the morning. It still represents for me a challenge, there is not a day I finish without sweating, but it also lets me see little by little some lights. The coupling with the breath and the full attention to the dynamics of the movement, are helping me in the perception of Qi, even if I refer to percentages still low with respect to the entire duration of the practice.
Anyway, I have no choice but to keep on practicing, slowly but inexorably on my path and towards my truth. 😅
May you enjoy this practice! I wish us the development of the ability to let go of everything irrelevant to life and to have instead the courage to fight for our integrity, for the integrity of all and of our beautiful planet. 🌱🙏🏼
