Salt
Black pepper
Onion 2 pcs.
Potatoes 4 pcs.
Cook until half cooked
Bacon 10 slices
Bake at 180° for 60 minutes
soy sauce 2 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp.
Whole grain mustard 1 tsp.
Spread with sauce
Bake at 200° for 15-20 minutes
Cabbage
carrot
Apple
Salt
Black pepper
Lemon juice 1 tsp.
Sugar 1 tsp.
Olive oil 2 tbsp.

    Cooking like that make little sense to me, is it a deconstructed pork casserole? I have had that done with pork shoulder before not loin pork Butterflying the loin stuffing it with processed onions, garlic and herbs butter with fine bulgar, then rolling it up like a swiss roll, trussing it up and cooking it on the spit rotisserie like a chicken and glazing it would be a more parctical even if it takes careful knife work butterflying and if carved at the table impressive way to serve a loin joint. Interesting if to me somewhat confusing way to cook pork loin. Take Care, God bless one and all.
