Hello everyone! Today I baked delicious bread. Fast and easy. I love baking bread in the oven. My grandmother taught me how to bake homemade bread. German recipe. White bread is easy to prepare. I don't buy bread anymore. I bake my own bread. You will love my fresh recipes. How do you make bread? I bake simple recipes. My grandmother baked rustic bread this way. And today I'm going to show you 3 homemade bread recipes. German bread. I love homemade cakes. And I bake fresh bread every day. Practical recipes. Bake homemade bread. This recipe is 100 years old! Helga is cooking. How to cook? top 3 recipes.
Country bread recipe:
450 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 teaspoon dry yeast.
600 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Bake at 230°C (446°F) for 20 minutes.
Moisten the bread with water.
Bake at 200-210°C (400-410°F) for 25-30 minutes.
Bon appetit!
Country bread recipe:
250 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
5 grams of dry yeast.
2 tablespoons sunflower oil.
400-450 grams of flour.
1 tablespoon salt.
sunflower oil.
Bake at 190°C (370°F) for 40 minutes.
The bread is very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!
Bon appetit!
White bread recipe:
125 ml warm water.
11 grams of dry yeast.
1 tablespoon sugar.
550 ml warm water.
60 ml sunflower oil.
1100g flour.
2 teaspoons salt.
sunflower oil.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
Bon appetit!

Muy buena receta!!! Soy de Argentina!! Te comento que apruebo por experiencia el no amasar!! No tocar con las manos la masa, respetar el tiempo de leudado. Trockenhefe vor 100 Jahren🤔 . Wenn schon Rezept von damals proklamieren, dann auch richtig!wenn Hefe, dann frische! Außerdem wurde früher sehr wenig Hefe zugesetzt (wenn überhaupt, da viel mit Sauerteig gebacken wurd, aber das ist ein andres Thema...)aber das Brot würde ewig lang immer wieder gehen gelassen und dann wieder bearbeitet und die körpereigene Hefe wurde so durch die Hände in den Teig eingearbeitet. Daher könnt mir auch der Anteil der Trockenhefe nicht so vor als würde dieser aus einem Rezept von vor 100 Jahren stammen. Ich würde zwar nie soviel Hefe ins Brot tun, aber sei es drum. Du machst das so und wenn's euch so schmeckt ist es mir im Grunde genommen egal wer wie sein Brot backt und isst. Ich finde nur, irreführende Überschriften sollten vermieden werden. Eine gute Zeit allen miteinander 😊
