My children love homemade cakes. And I try to bake delicious bread every day. I like to cook white bread. I bake bread in 5 minutes. Simple recipes help me bake bread quickly and easily. You will love the practical recipes. I use fresh recipes every day to delight my family. Vegetarian bread. Delicious and easy. You will like the German recipe. Helga is cooking. I wish I had known this recipe 20 years ago! How to cook?
American bread recipe:
800 grams of flour.
2 teaspoons salt.
2 tablespoons sugar.
10 g dry yeast.
500 ml warm water.
30 ml olive oil.
sunflower oil.
Flour.
Olive oil.
Milk.
Olive oil.
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 30-40 minutes.
Bon appetit!
Bread recipe:
350 ml warm water.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 teaspoons sugar.
7 g dry yeast.
100g wholemeal flour.
440 g wheat flour.
20 ml olive oil.
50g bran.
Bake at 240°C (460°F) for 30-35 minutes.
The bread is ready!
Bon appetit!
White bread recipe:
420 ml warm water.
1 teaspoon sugar.
10 grams of dry yeast.
670 g wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Bake at 250°C (480°F) for 30 minutes.
Bon appetit!

I am from Livingston, Texas and I am grateful for your inspiring video.I come from German heritage on my father side and he was our bread maker. I never had "store bough:t" bread until I was in high school. I started making bread again a few years ago, but when I suddenly became a widow, I stopped. Watching your bread making from New Jersey USA. I love watching how you handle the dough but I never saw it rolled up and sealed like you do. Then when you cut into the baked and cooled bread….oh yum. It looks perfect!

I just made this first bread recipe (double recipe). Easy to make. Absolutely delicious. No long kneading. Not five minutes though but this five minute thing was assembly of ingredients. Worth the minimal effort and minimal time spent in preparation and baking. Better than any supermarket bread by a long shot. Long shelf life but it got eaten by family and friends in three days; all four loaves. I am making the second recipe next week. I use only King Arthur A.P. unbleached Flour. Usually don’t use bread flour. I am a ten year veteran of the Royal British Marines and a twelve year wounded, combat veteran of Norway’s Jaegerkommandoen (Norway’s version of America’s Navy Seal). I live in North Texas now and baking bread helps me with frayed nerves and PTSD and physical injury from a sniper’s round which scrambled my innards during my service in 1992 during the Serbian conflict in Central Europe. This baking is like meditation for me. It also helps me deal with aggravation I face daily dealing with Maga Republican idiots which abound here in Texas. I was born in the U.S. on a large Pennsylvania farm but lived half of each year with my mum in England (Chipping Norton) and part of my youth also with my Gran on a small farm outside Oslo, Norway. I am a citizen of all three countries. Don’t know why I wrote all this info on my background. I guess it may be because when you’ve become a lonely old geezer you have a tendency to run your mouth (or in this case my keyboard) to anyone who’ll listen or read what you’ve written. Happy baking to anyone making these great recipes. Forgive my going on about things and for my unasked for opinions on politics. I’m going to shut up now. Then the dough has to rise for 2 hours in a bowl. And then rise 40 more minutes in the loaf pan. And then 40 minutes to bake. So real total time is: 3 hours, 25 minutes to make this bread. They really need to tell the truth and get rid of the title which says 5 minute bread, ridiculous. No reason to say that, hate lies. Hoping yours turned out well !

I have a question. I converted and said 2 cups flour. That wasn't enough. Dough was still so wet and thin. Added more sifted flour. About another cup. Still seemed thin but went with it. In the oven now on first rise.

Cinnamon should be added with the other dry ingredients, raisins added during kneading.
