I'm going to show you how to make a Tres Leches Pumpkin spice cake. Whew this one is delicious!

Ingredients
15 oz can pumpkin
4 eggs
2 cups flour ( 240 gms)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
whipped cream
Milk mixture
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4-1/2 cup evaporated milk (the amount depends on how "soaked" you want the cake)
Note: you can change the amount of the milk mixture overall to suit you "wetness" preference. If you want less sweet us 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk and a bit more heavy cream or evaporated milk.
Put on the whipped cream right before serving.

Fantastic, Camirra. Tres leches is my favorite (I make a Canadian version: Maple bacon!), but I've never tried pumpkin spice. Can't wait! One thing I've found that works great is folding in some stiff-beaten egg whites into the batter to make a sponge cake texture. It holds together a lot better than regular sheet cake when soaked.
