Today I’m going to be sharing with you how To Make The easiest and most delicious pumpkin spice tres leches cake now let me tell you if you like pumpkin pie you are going to loooove this cake it’s just perfect, from moist to sweetness it’s seriously the best!!!! This dessert s the perfect way to welcome fall you HAVE to make it this coming holidays! 😅 and me I use it to cook my bacon and tater tots, but this chicken is really really delicious my favorite part is quick and does t dry out the chicken 😊

Típ:dont overbeat the batter, allow to soak overnight or for at least 4 hours.
I M P O R T A N T ⚠️
If you don’t like your cake to be very moist add 2 cups of milk mixture and reserve the other two in case you want to add more after. For me 3 cups is PERFECT os not too wet yet it melts in your mouth
Ingredients: 9x13 baking dish
4 eggs at room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 cups all purpose flour;sifted
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp mexican vanilla extract
15 oz 100% pumpkin puree
3 milk mixture:
1 media crema, heavy crream or half and half
1 evaporated milk
1 sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
whipped topping:
3 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 serving of love 💕

I am so ready for pumpkin stuff. I love pumpkin muffins and pie, so I bet this is so good. 🎃 I am so over Summer already and want Fall already. Even though I don't get a real Fall here in South Texas it does get less humid and it just feels slightly different. Plus Halloween and Thanksgiving.
