Egg shell colors means nothing. It is determined by the type of chicken. A chicken egg is a chicken egg. Diet may have some influence…maybe.

I wash and soak overnight in baking soda water all my dry beans and peas. I pick out anything that floats and any peas that are split, discolored or look off. I’m extremely careful. So far… no illnesses!

If you can find Lady Cream Peas by the Camellia brand (with the big rose on the package in this video), those are amazing and flavorful.

We say it's lucky to find a different bean in the bag. Never found corn, tho. Lol Especially split peas, I'll find red or yellow in the green and vice versa.

I love this recipe but the only thing I would have don’t different is season my chicken. Pepper and salt is not seasoning nor do they flavour meats ! I am a culinary professional for over 30 years, and I am very artistic in creating dishes. People eat with their eyes and a person can see a dish and say it’s either tasty or not. The attraction and presentation will determine same. I love your chicken recipe and I will try it do everything the same but I will definitely put some mild seasoning. They’re certain dishes you don’t need a lot of seasoning one must taste it’s chicken, so if it’s beef or whatever meat so, overpowering the meats with seasonings is bad ! Lite seasoning salt, garlic fresh or powder, paprika, black pepper onion powder and 1 herb I am Caribbean culture so we love flavour. I will use that same method and achieve the same results but take the seasonings up a notch! Thanks for your share ❤

Ghirardelli makes baking chocolate bars with 0 sugar I buy them on amazon I use them for making ice cream as chips in or coating on macadamia nuts in vanilla ice cream or for chocolate ice cream. I recommend stevia or monkfruit with Allulose comes in brown or granulated but none of those other artificial sweeteners I use these for my dirty carnivore diet and I've lost 40 lbs sense just after last thanksgiving I dont have cravings anymore but in the beginning, they served me well I still use monkfruit with Allulose for making BBQ Sause and beef jerky marinade

I just jumped on to get your spaghetti sauce recipe, (It’s outstanding, btw!) and saw this recipe. Peach and ginger is one of my favorite flavor combinations! An acquaintance gave me a jar of peach ginger jam once, and I’ve been looking for recipes with this combination ever since. I cannot wait to make this tea! Thanks for the recipe. x

You don't eat sugar? why? And you're still eating sugar.. Honey! Honey is sugar, and very high on the glycemic index. You're system/body doesn't know the difference between honey and table sugar... sugar! And dates are even worse than honey! Viewers: if you want to gain weight.. definitely use this recipe! Honey and dates will pack on the pounds for ya! Oh!! just seen the maple syrup.. omgosh.. people, this is a diabetic disaster waiting to happen!
