Golden Milk Paste
4 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 1/2 tbsp monk fruit (optional)
1 tbsp coconut oil (or ghee)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1-2 tbsp boiling water (add last and jsut add enough to make a paste)

    Melatonin gummies+ herbal tea (tumeric & ginger with some mint added) work for me. Great recipe, I'm gonna try it!

    Hey Camirra! My sista you’re right on time with this one. I have a hard time shutting down oftentimes because I’m always thinking about what I gotta do tomorrow 🙄 I find I’m taking naps most nights. I’m going to try these. Chamomile tea works sometimes for me.

    All of the main ingredients are great for inflammation. They've actually tested Curcumin which comes from Tumeric with pepper for depression.The blind study was againstnProzac and placebo.Curcumin was almost as affective as Prozac. I can't take meds very well,so my Nurse Practioner told me to start taking 1000 mgs of Curcumin with pepper daily. I'm going to switch to this for awhile!!!

    If you need a medicated dose, I always suggest following your doctor’s instructions. However, you certainly can do both. I cant confirm the curcumin level in this amount of turmeric and wouldn’t want you to get sick. 😊

    Your tumeric paste looks amazing. About two months ago, I stopped steeping the bags and started pouring the herbs in hot water and steep it. I then strain it several times.

    Love this recipe…I like that you make a paste, I use dried spices that I roast prior to steeping in milk. I add cardamom to mine and it is really good. I call this Golden Milk and will make your recipe next time I make it. Thank you

    The milk is called moon milk but sounds like to me you are making it even better.😊😊 I just use cinnamon turmeric pepper & honey but try some of your extras it sounds good😊😊 there is also a tea that has chamomile & and lavender. really don't need a sweetener but I love honey😊 have a great night😊

    @@sonnydraper653 I just remember, valerian tea does has a slight off putting odor, push past that. You can brew it with chai tea to offset that
