The company actually said the name incorrectly to help westerners use it since most probably don't know the language the name originated from. It's like how Mina struggled with Candace (Candiss / Kandakay) Hoyoverse introduces the names so that people don't try use the traditional language the name came from, but get it wrong instead and upset those that use that language. (The way Mina said Tighnari is probably correct but could still be wrong)
