Genshin AU where Furina is the overworked assistant manager of a fast-food place who's secretly filling in for the ACTUAL manager (who is never around because they're going behind their corporate bosses' backs in an elaborate plan to save the restaurant from bankruptcy) and Arlecchino is a single mother who's also a federal health inspector who keeps coming by the restaurant for evaluations, and she _clearly_ doesn't approve of Furina's management or her conduct at all and is basically just looking for an excuse to get her fired, but Furina can't just _tell_ Arle what's really going on because then corporate will get involved and they'll just shut down the whole place and leave everyone without a job, so instead Arle just keeps prying and prodding away looking to get this whole shit-show over with so she can go home to her two foster kids already while Furina keeps acting like nothing's wrong and praying that her manager knows what they're doing And then they kiss

Lumine and Aether definitely walked in as customers, saw how chaotic the back was, cleaned up after everyone's mess and left without getting their order.

Childe is known as a hard worker, which was proven again when he was in prison (he worked really hard and even impressed some prisoners and guards) not to mention he's loyal to his boss. Meaning that he'll fit the employee of the month way more. He's not irresponsible most of the time.

His loyalty to the Fatui and his working super hard while he was in the Fortress of Meropide to the point there were rumors that working too hard in the fortress could vanish a person spread says a lot about how much of a hard worker he is. If I'm being serious he's definitely employee of the month type.

I was actually thinking the same thing!! Voice cadence was similar too. If you go back 3-4 years though there’s a huuuge difference, I think once I started streaming in 2021 it changed the tone of my voice and has been pretty consistent since then. Interesting 😆

I think you are underestimating Baizhu and Yun Jin's abilities in cooking. Baizhu, for one thing, is a doctor in _Chinese medicine_ . Doctors like him need to brew their medicine by hand, so he's good at boiling stuff, which translates to cooking. He cooks most of the meals we have at the pharmacy. On the other hand, I agree with @MeIsBigFan on how he'd probably try to make the food healthier by his standards. Yun Jin knows how to make delicious snacks, she even sent some out on her birthday mail! So I don't think she would burn or mess up something as simple as a shake, she'd know how to make it.

Baizhu: Definitely a reptile keeper. He has a snake, and he will also have turtles, lizards, and even a caiman. Itto: Keeps bugs as pets. In addition to beetles, he will also own praying mantises, stick insects, pill bugs, millipedes, tarantulas, and scorpions, plus an ant farm.

I don't know whats funnier: a normal McDonalds where one employee is a Genshin character, or a single mcdonalds that every playable genshin character works at

Imagine Bennett, Fischl, and Razor on the same shift. Fischl gets put on the drive thru and takes forever on an order because she's doing her bit. Razor just shows up with a pack of stray dogs and doesn't get why he can't bring them inside. Bennett starts several fires.

Please redo the tier list where they are KZreadrs/streamers. My personal headcanon is that if a costumer altercation gets to out of hand Wriothesley will come out of his office, give a quick glare, and everything will be resolved. I think Beidou could be a manager. She is a captain with management experience. People follow her and she isn't afraid to jump in and manage the work flow, do inventory and reports. She doesn't want to do everything but no manager does. She would wind up being a manager where she wanted to or not. The employees on her shift would love her. She might be a little inebriated at times but I've known quite a few managers that were on something from time to time. Upper management just pretends not to see it because they don't want to loose a good employee they can't replace and people like her too much to say anything. O_o No yeah 100% manager vibes.
