@@dearkoma_ No actually, not properly anyways. Somehow, nobody saw Paimon and just saw the Traveler's blonde hair. Venti was the prime suspect, actually, to my knowledge? At least, he was the one with a more detailed description. Yeah they get caught by Diluc and tell Jean, but I don't believe it was ever made public, or got to a point where it'd be put on their criminal record Though, a guard literally stared the traveler in the eyes...So, uh. The archon quest was odd in that way, idk. They should of been caught. Really, really should of. Plot armour ig.

Itto is canonically in and and out of jail in the game already. He's right home in that spot. Kazuha always sounds hes high and drunk. Accident for sure.

The game doesn't show it that much but she's kinda of a brat. She ignores orders, wanders off to her own businesses and lacks proper knight etiquette. In the manga she shelters a wanted criminal after realizing what's going on and the first time she encounters the Traveler she adresses them in a way that is forbidden by the Knights of Favonius guide (no joke, read the guide and rewatch that part of the game) xD

Tbh I think Xingqiu would frame or set up Chongyun as a “prank” then bail him out and act like he’s oh so chivalrous for doing so. And then he’d pressure Chongyun to pay of him back by handwriting all of Xingqiu’s book manuscripts since XQ’s handwriting is bad. XQ wouldn’t give him credit in the book either, so instead of looking for ghosts, Chongyun would end up becoming a ghostwriter.

I think I heard that Venti just sat back and watched during the Archon war, and the only reason he's an Archon is because Andrius (Razor's dad) was the only other runner up and he doesn't have compassion for humans. Again, I THINK! I don't have Venti, so I'm not certain! But Zhongli would def. get a life sentence since he was known as cold and brutal during the war.

@@dxlited_1196 maybe during the Khaenriah thing, but during the archon war there were only 3 gods In mondstadt, Andrius, Decarabius (not sure how to spell that) and Barbatos. Decarabius got killed by the people of mondstadt where venti helped w their rebellion, and Andrius stepped down bc he didn't want to be an archon so venti became the archon by default.

The fact that Itto is canonically thrown in the slammer by the Tenryō Commission on a regular basis makes this even funnier- Also I once saw this tiktok that listed out most of Childe’s crimes and it was so oddly satisfying to me??? TW, mentions of unaliving and other severe crimes of the sort For anyone curious, the charges listed in said tiktok included abuse of power, homicide, attempted homicide, fraud, attempted mass murder, organized crime, defilement and stalking Tbh I have the gut feeling he’d also get charged with terrorism, falsified documentation, damage of both public and private property and tax evasion-

I love how Venti and Itto are in the thumbnail because those two immediately came to mind when talking about arresting characters 😂 Also Chongyun has gotten into quite a few situations where he could be arrested because of his yang state, but Xingqiu, like the good boyfriend he is, always bribes everyone at the scene with enough money so Yun never has to go to jail 😂

Yeah it was an accident but it's still murder. You can get charged for accidentally killing someone. Just depends on the situation. For Xiaos case, it was mass homicide so even if he didn't mean to, I think the worst he would get would be getting jail time but also rehab

Isn't Rosaria on the same line as Diluc? I'd probably say she either puts people in jail, or few years in prison since unlike Diluc I could see her making certain people disappear. But she'd never get caught.

Kazuha gets arrested for trespassing like, all the time. Beidou gets tossed in jail for her debts and whatever other pirate shenaniganery she gets up to. I think Albedo would actually be fine if it weren't for susbedo, who lands our smol alchemist in prison for murder/attempted murder. Diona might actually get arrested for a lot more due to her hatred of the wine industry depending on how she handles it. Ayato either stays where he is for his weird shady shit, or he actually puts people in jail through his puppet mastery thing. And of course, Childe gets jail time for literally anything and everything war crime/terrorism, and Thoma reigns supreme as king good boy.

I would put Chongyun in the regular at local jail, because whenever he gets in a yang state he basically destroys everything around him and Xingqiu always ends up paying the damages lol. It’s unintentional but Chongyun would probably just turn himself in after lol

traveler has been a wanted criminal at least once in every region we've been to so far I think arrested once on accident or few years of prison fit them best also yoimiya is absolutely a regular at the local jail, not too regular though probably around 3 times a year? also in mondstat, diluc would be putting people in jail, but I feel like he'd get sentanced to a few years if he traveled to any other reigon

Pretty sure she has a hilichurl torture lab already. I could also maybe see her pulling a Shou Tucker if she somehow hears Albedo is a homunculus and decides she wants to try making some herself. Also Xingqiu would never get caught for anything, he’d 1000000% make Chongyun his scapegoat. Then when he feels like he needs a packmule, an amusing toy to play with, or some actual hard work done, he’d finally decide to bail Chongyun out and act like it’s chivalry for his so called friend but really he has those other motivations.
