Look how cute your kiddos are! I love that they so willingly tried them all.
I was looking for some new energy ball recipes. These sound great. Can't wait to try. Thank you.
Made the oatmeal cinnamon energy bite and it is delicious! I used the mixed nut butter from Costco. I have tried a few energy bites and always worry they will not turn out, this was spot on.
What a find! I'm so glad I found your channel. My family is trying to transition to Plant Based and I need family friendly meal ideas and snacks. I'm going straight to the kitchen to make a couple of these and your cookies from your cookie video :) Thank you so very much!

You bet! I’m so grateful you found me! These recipes are super yummy!
Been meaning to make some date energy balls. Thanks so much for these simple recipes!
Just made the cookie dough and the walnut/date brownies. Both so yummy. My husband loves them too. They are so easy.
Thank you for the recipe! I made two of the five tonight. They're so good!

These look delicious and your children are adorable! 🥰 ❤🍁🇨🇦🙏🏻
think i will try the cookie dough and brownie ones
Really love these. I think because you were clearly a good cook before going plant based, your recipes have really good depth of flavour.

@@plantwhys my pleasure! I love cooking too and it's wonderful to have found your channel as I used to cook everything from scratch before being plant based and I've been focusing on cooking from scratch over the last couple of years ♥️
How do you store these? Do you put them in the cupboard or in the refrigerator?
Looks so good! Have you tried replacing the peanutbutter with pb2?

No but I should try that!
What size scoop are you using…..that looks huge. Thank you for these recipes!

It’s small. 1inch-1.5inch.
I made the cookie dough bites and they are sooo good! Can you freeze these?

Yes you can freeze them! I do all the time!
Thanks for these recipes. I love something a little sweet after my meals (lunch & dinner). Someone gave me some M&Ms so I stuck one inside all the bites (you could use whispers or smarties) as a "surprise". I also rolled mine in various "toppings" - grated choc, crushed choc biscuits & dessicated coconut. Looked pretty & tasted great. BTW, you can make your own choc chips (other other cake sprinkles) - see here kzread.info/dash/bejne/mXyTyahwoK2sk7Q.html
Question: How much cinnamon in the Cookie Dough Protein Energy Bites?

About 1 teaspoon.
Can I use a blender instead of a food processor?

I haven’t tried. Let me know if it works!
Please be careful with that flaxseed (as well as chia seeds) - they absorb moisture & expand, & you can get a blockage in your digestive tract. A little goes a long way. I put 1 tsp in my smoothie & that is plenty! 1/4 cup seems like too much to me.

The “dough” made approximately 14 energy bites. That means each ball is allocated far less flax than you are putting into your smoothie. Most eat one energy ball at a time. There is moisture in the “dough” from maple syrup which allows the balls to be formed and maintain their cohesiveness. Be well!

Dr. BROOKE GOLDNER of Goodbye Lupus, is all about putting flaxseed in your smoothies! Her recipies say, "add a handful of flaxseed".......Check out her info.
OK, I can't eat chickpeas or black beans without major discomfort later. Similar issues with protein powders. Can You suggest any other substitutes? I'm not as concerned about the protein level in these as much as being easily digestable. Need to be as sugar (honey is ok, but not great) and dairy-free as possible. No flax or nightshades either due to hypothyroid. thanks.

@@mymidlifemessiness Nope, beans are a big No for me, for the most common reason. Thanks for asking, though. Appreciate feedback. 😀

Roast oats, add coconut flakes, peanut butter, and warm dates in some water. Mix together. Make into balls. I also add poppy seeds and chia seeds.
