I’m thinking of this procedure and have been really overwhelmed! So far your content is the most genuine, upbringing one! And tho you said each day is the same process, but seeing you doing it with ease gives so much comfort!

I’m soooo thankful I found your page. This is helpful and relieves a lot of my worry.. My husband and I are at this point next week which is when my cycle should start. I’m kind of anxious because I don’t want to mess it up.

You don’t have to do 2 separate doses of menopur. You can mix it all together in one vial. Basically once you have the medicine in the one vial leave the qcap on attach the q cap to the other powder put all the medicine into the powder vial swirl it don’t shake. Then make sure all the medicine is in the syringe make sure there are no bubbles then push the plunger a little until you see drops of medicine at the top then your ready to inject. It’s that easy

I am also in healthcare and about to start ivf. Do you regret working through ivf or if you had to do it again would you choose to not work to limit stress during the cycle?

If you can afford to not work while going through IVF, I would definitely take as much time off as you need. It was tough working and going through the IVF treatments. I didn’t have that option, so I made the best of it. But yeah, it would be significantly less stressful if I didn’t have to work

Hi! Yes you’re ok going up and down stairs after the transfer, in fact, it’s highly encouraged to stay active! I’ll link a video here of how I took care of myself after my embryo transfer kzread.info/dash/bejne/pm2XydmmZcnch7Q.html

I did all of mine myself. Personally I felt better about it being in control and doing it myself, but I know others feel different. I think being a nurse myself is part of it, so I'm used to needles.
