@@brittany_elizabeth_rn what meant by transfer twins is we both transfered on the same day. Only one embryo was transfered and only one baby here, sorry my post was confusing lol. Yes the second trimester is going better but unfortunately still nauseous at times. How you are doing well!

Congratulations! I’m a long distance runner, and currently pregnant w/ my 2nd baby. During both pregnancies, I had NO desire to run or eat healthy all the time. Literally my idea of a workout right now is walking the dog lol. You’ll bounce back faster than you think. 🥰

I am 14 weeks pregnant (transferred 9 days after you) with my IVF baby too and totally relate to everything you said, especially with getting Cov at week 11. I just kept thinking "how do I even know I'm still pregnant with no feeling of pregnancy or seeing the baby?!" I had to run out and get a private scan and had the NT scan last week before officially announcing. So excited for you!

Oh wow I’m so incredibly sorry!! I can’t even image going through that much loss😭 Funny you comment on this topic; I’m going to be talking about this in my next video after the vlog I’m filming this week. I’m planning on talking about how I’ve mentally coped with not only going through IVF, but how I’ve fought my mental battles since getting pregnant. So many people have shared with me how much anxiety they are experiencing with going through IVF, so I think it’s very important to talk about. Hang in there and keep fighting. I think my main tip is to just keep yourself busy! Try not to let your mind get away from you, because that’s all it is…your mind. Whatever negative thoughts you have are just thoughts, they are not reality. Just know that whatever happens, especially if the transfer is not successful, is not your fault or anyone’s fault. Once you have the transfer, know that whatever you think or do is not going to change the outcome; it will either work or not. So yeah, I recommend to keep busy so your mind will be less likely to go down negative paths. Huge Congratulations for getting this far on your journey! And thank you for all of your support and encouragement!❤️🤗 I pray for a successful transfer and that you’ll be reporting back to me that you are pregnant with your miracle!💕

OMG I have been waiting to find out if your pregnant or not for forever and I’m so happy it worked for you and your pregnant congratulations I’m so excited for your next chapter in motherhood. I have my ultrasound and bloodwork on October 5th for a lining check and if everything looks good I start my PIO shots. Then on October 6th my husband does his thing then on October 7th we will find out how many embryos fertilized. Then a few days later we will know how many embryos we have and then get ready for a transfer. So let’s hope it works for me too and we both get are happy ending. Love ya 🎉❤

When I was in my first trimester my diet was off too, carbs carbs carbs with everything - the idea of veggies without carbs made me soooo nauseous. Dont worry too much, 2nd trimester will most likely be a little easier ( hopefully :) ) - Congrats, I cant imagine all the emotions that must go along with your journey!

Our building has attached garages and is 20-50 mins by bus, 10 minutes driving to a large hospital area. Is it important to be super bus friendly to be attractive to travel nurses?

And thank you so much for following along!🤗❤️ We ultimately decided to turn all of our units into furnished short term rentals on Airbnb and Furnished Finder because of all the new rules for landlords where we live here in Washington state. Basically we as landlords have no power anymore. If a tenant decides to not pay their rent or destroy our property, it’s very hard to evict. But with Airbnb and short term rentals through FF, we can get around those rules. Plus we aren’t stuck with a bad tenant for very long. And we make more money every month running short terms. The hardest part was furnishing all the units. The second hardest part is all the turn over, especially with Airbnb. We prefer nurses in our units, but they’re open to anyone. To answer your question, as long as you have some hospitals in your area, you definitely could market to travel nurses. Travel nurses mainly use FF to find their housing, but they also use Airbnb as well. Nurses are great to rent to because they are responsible and respectful☺️ I hope this helps and thank you so very much!!❤️

This is really helpful thanks! Luckily we’ve only had one bad tenant and we ended up selling that building as we started having to chase them (it was a really nice unit too, you never know!)
