Numbers in the drill are made for screwing torx

I love my m12 impact drivers and wrenches. Drills not so much.

Milwaukee should switch to slider base like Makita and Dewalt for 12V Milwaukee and Bosch still use neck which can be pain to take them out

They are a little hard to take out for my boys. I seem to always have to take the batteries out form especially for the compressor..

Did you pick up the Gen 3? It's just better in every way, dyno testing shows 50% more power than the Gen 2.

@loktom4068 Nah man. A couple of the tool test channels on the tube did dyno testing. It's massively more powerful. I have used both extensively. It's night and day.

these are gen2, Gen 3 is much better!

The only knock on it for me is the fat grip if it had the Dewalt grip it would be perfect.

I also have to say that I have the protective boot on my gen 2 but on the gen 3 it would cover the lights because they are located around the collet where on my gen 2 the light is underneath. But most guys don't use the protective boot .

@@harperbrothersgarage5840 gen 2 is still a very good tool, the difference probably won't make a difference for most users.

​@gustavomacall4997 I just ordered the protective boot for my Gen 3 M12, and I don't think it covers the lights. It doesn't on my Gen 4 Mid Torque. I'll let you know if it does.
