Welcome back to Mei Lian's Kitchen! Today we have another Dim Sum recipe for you! We will be making baked bbq pork buns also known as Char Siu Bao (叉烧包) that you can find at any Dim Sum Restaurants!

My Homemade Barbecue Pork/Char Siu Recipe: • My Secret Chinese BBQ ...
Dough Ingredients
All Purpose Flour (275g)
Melted Butter (30g)
Warm Milk (135ml)
Yeast (5g)
Sugar (45g)
Egg (1)
Salt (¼ tsp)
Filling
Cha Siu/BBQ Pork (160g)
Yellow Onion (100g)
Water (200ml)
Black Pepper (¼ tsp)
Dark Soy Sauce (½ tsp)
Oyster Sauce (1 Tbsp)
Light Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp)
Sugar (2 Tbsp)
Slurry
Cornstarch (2 ½ tsp)
Flour (1 tsp)
Water (2 Tbsp)

    Hello Mrs. Mei . We missed you last week. Today's recipe looks very good and I will try making it this week. I've noticed that most of your videos come with pork recipes! Please try beef, lamb ... etc. Please we need two videos to show us ; A. food preparation for Barbecue. B.     That's a great question! You don't need to let it rise a second time after filling. It is ready to cook after filling it!
