That sister in first story sure is stupid. She thinks a man should take responsibility for the mistakes of women, but still its misogyny when man does what he wants and doesn't want to give money to support a child that isn't even biologically his and has no legal obligations. That sister of OP's is just another useful idiot who is brainwashed. If I was OP in that first story, I would have cut off contact with mom and sister instantly. There is no point staying in contact with people who do wrong to you, even if they're blood relatives. The sooner you realize to cut off the toxic brainwashed stupid people out of your life, the happier you will be. Always stand your ground, never let people shame you into doing shit you don't want to and cut off the people who try shit on you, they're not worth it.

Just because someone shares the same last name, are your mother or father, your niece or nephew, aunt or uncle, whatever the affiliation, does not mean that they are family. Those who love you unconditionally and without remorse or resentment, are the ones that should be considered family. Always remember those that have been there for you through hell and high water, and forget those that are willing to chastise, reprimand, injure physically and/or emotionally, and belittle you for no better reason than because they're terrible people with complexes.

That sister and mother are psychos. He doesn't have to deal with either of them and he should cut off all ties with them. Story 2: That man is also not obligated to do anything to his family. They wanted children, they barely gave him the love and attention he deserved, they fixated their piece of shit views on their other children that they thought were more worth than him just because of a few things that they didn't like about him. That family is disgusting, and again, he is NOT obligated to be apart of that family, and it is best to cut all contact with them, just like the first story. Story 1: the solution to this is that you contact CPS of the ex and give them all the information about her. Her being abusive, hanging around with random guys she can jump on and being an unfit role as a parent. The ex is using her child as a bargaining chip in order to get money from other guys thinking she won't have to worry about money.

The first one could be rage bait. The second is absolutely rage bait. Some of those things could be true, but ain't no way someone went through all that as it was described, and just puts up with it.

There are updated versions of this story, and it turns out yes, mom not only cheated but conceived OP roughly at the same time of her affair, so she always doubted OP's true paternity (luckily, a test confirmed OP was not a affair baby)

I would've sued the ex for defamation, regardless of her pleas, just to show her to its her own goddamn fault and the sister can take the same, as for the mom, sue her too, just to show her how idiotic she has been acting

Sorry two I relate to. Somone should tell him he’s the escape goat. And when they didn’t have him to use anymore to ignore their own problems. They used him. That’s why the whole thing fumbled like a deck of cards. They where too used to the routine by than they decided to throw anyone else under the bus as a result of not having him. Like the scene of mean girls or piranhas cannibalizing each other.

Good news you know what trash to get out of your life, if you pay an ounce of money for a child that is not yours you can be legally sued into child support so go ahead and do that if you want to fuck around and lose most of your money.

Story 1 sounds like the mom and sister need to put their money where their mouth is and pay for the kid. Since it doesn't actually matter whether the kid is biologically yours, they need to take responsibility.

I saw in another thread a guy (who was in the wrong) and the op (a woman who was in the right). Apparently he still had to pay child support for a child that the woman is having that "isnt his". Now the child was his ( i think) but the thing is thar, the dad wanted a dna test (again he is the ahole so no sympathy), and the mum didnt want to. The judge said that regardless of whether its his child or not, since theyre marrier, he has to pay for the kid. To me its fkd up. Not this scenario in particular but imagine having to pay support for a child that isnt urs.
