Totally agree with the second part, I could never leave in a house without bidet. 👍👍 The first part I don’t know because bidets are not something I ever missed out on - I’m italian and here the bidet is a basic bathroom standard all houses have, so for me (and really any italian I think) it has always been a given….I remember being completely flabbergasted back when I first discovered we were (and still are, nowadays more than before) one of a very small bunch of countries that have it. 😄

That was my fave apt too. Love that you have a separate office. Love, love, love the kitchen space too. Get a couple bar stools so you don't need a table. I don't think you miss the tub situations since you travel a lot and can consider a trip a chance to get your bath on! Congrats!

That hr at the apartment is golden 😌😌 but that’s such a good size apartment like you don’t need anything smaller or bigger then that ( for me at least ) The part where the washer is at that also makes a good place to sit and have morning coffee or tea i can just imagine it

Congratulations to you both… looking forward to the interior design choices.. - For the fridge- I would go with Gray, it will tie in the gray backsplash on the other side of the kitchen since fridge area is mainly all white. (White is still a safe choice so no real harm either way) - For the office space.. I would get those floor non-stick tiles (they come in variety of colors) this will protect the floors since constant rolling of the chairs can scratch up the flooring. You guys can have 2 desks back to back where 1 persons back is near the window. With the desk being back to back y’all can create a storage system that can be accessible for both sides. (sorry for the long ass suggestion lol)

This is the apartment I liked best too. Looking forward to seeing how you decorate the space. I really enjoy the built-in storage that Korean apartments have.

Congratulations!!! It looks like the perfect upgrade for you. I've lived in my current house for 12 and a half years (It was a brand new build) and NO ONE has ever used the bathtub.. But i understand that it is great to have for re-sale value/families with small kids.

I guessed right! So excited for you both!! Also, I'm such a baths girly lol I take a bath multiple times a month to help relieve any anxiety and improve sleep. As for the office space, I would have the desks on opposite sides. Try to maximize vertical storage too so you don't take up as much of the office space with horizontal shelving. It'll feel less cramped that way :)

We live in Asan TechnoValley by Pyeongtaek. Our bathrooms have the phone holder which is so funny. My husband loves our bidet too! Love your space. Can’t wait to see it decorated!

I got a bidet on Amazon and installed it on my apartment toilet 5 years ago. Every apartment I’ve been in since I’ve gotten one too 😅 once you have it you think people who don’t are gross. Also LOVE your apartment and so excited for your next chapter!

I have a tub but I cannot use it 😅 too much pressure on my legs to get in and out.

I “could” live without a bathtub, but it would be a huge adjustment. I love taking hot baths to relax, soak my sore muscles, and to keep me warm on a cold winter day. I would also have a really hard time without a clothes dryer!

I dont have a bathtub either, sometimes i miss it when i am feeling cold. But usually it makes me excited for vacation and using the hotels bathtub 😅😅

Never been asked for any employment info! From my experience, whoever can cough up the deposit money the fastest gets the apartment :) that’s all the landlord seems to care about. We didn’t use a realtor this time- since my boyfriend is Korean he just called each individual apartment office (부동산). However In the past when I was hunting alone for my past houses, I Always used a realtor which was extremely helpful given the communication gap

I said apartment 6 originally but I think I forgot about this apartment because of the fridge! Definitely the best lighting 😍
