Impossible this apartment cost only 700$ ..just if you put 30k$ as deposit .... cause I got just a single room with 5k$ like deposit with 600 $ in manth not 3 room just studio ....the rent in Korea costs so much 😢

People usually go directly to real estate rather than through websites as there are lots of scams . Actually there lots of scam going on with the Jeonse 전세 these days too , so many people had to go to court in order to have their deposit money back as the landlord would not invest proprely and loose all the money . This happened a lot so if you consider going Jeonse you have to be careful

Omgz yes. I live in the same building on a higher floor with better views, more space, more bedrooms and my own personal Starbucks and I only pay one dollar a year!!!!!! 😂😂😂
