i dont want to be a party pooper but usually the more financily comfortable you are the less fancy things you have around. i come from a pretty financily comfortable family and other than the big garden,our house is not amazingly fancy looking nor decorated with fancy decorations. you want more simple things,rather than spending money so easily. if you have that much money,to be able to buy a house without looking the price,the good thing is that you should rather donate to charities,buy dog shelters(yep),help homeless and those in need.

The kitchen is not for cooking, it’s probably only for drink preparation (coffee, wine etc). Such luxury apartment build must have concierge service so they can just order food

yeah, because nobody lives there lol. Koreans tend to keep the style of decoration of an unbought house quite minimalistic so that people can more easily imagine their own stuff in it (they do it a lot in europe and now some parts of the US as well)

This house is really cool. I want to be an interior designer so I love looking at different styles of homes. This definitely isn't my personal style but it's pretty cool. For me I prefer a more comfy home but there are many things I love about this one & a few things I'm not a huge fan of. But the one thing that really caught my eye was the second floor hallway. I think with the open layout of the main floor & outside view it's really cool to see the whole thing from upstairs with the glass/transparent walls. I just really love that feature but I don't think it would work for any old house though.

This floor plan is so random... surprisingly I kinda like it!

I thought it was a stunning layout. I've always loved wide open space and the view is pretty.

I am in love with the closet!!! I also love it as a whole also happy that the bedroom was so empty so that I can install in my favourite things.The view thought!!!! And also the cleanliness of this ( the colour).❤️❤️ BTS made me see this and shamelessly I know more things about South Korea than my country!😘

Love how there is two sides for privacy...And, I dig the funky retro look of the place, too. However, I am an American and I love my kitchen space for cooking - that wall would have HAVE to go to open the kitchen up and give it some light and comfort...... And a lot of rugs and soft scapes (paint, pillows, comfy furnitures, etc) to warm it up and give it some personality...

If I was a millionaire and bought this, I'd remodel the hell out of it.

I had a relative who had a penthouse apartment like this near the Grand Walkerhill resort in Seoul. It was shocking to see (this was in 1997) back when the average houses was like 30 pyong or smaller. He owned a factory that made stuffed animals for TY (beanie babies), FAO Schwartz (before they went bankrupt) and Macy's. His balcony, which wrapped around the property and was made of marble, was larger than my tiny 12 pyong officetel in Yoido, lol.

The view is so amazing and the design is absolutely magnificent but I feel like if only one person were to live in that (luxurious) building, they would feel lonely a lot.
