This is the absolute most beautiful loft I've seen in SK and it's surprising how low the key money is... Those 10 thousand deposits are what deterred me from living there (I visited in 2017 with the intention of settling there) but this makes me realize that it could actually be attainable. Thanks for this video! ❤Peace

Yesss there’s a lot of apartments that have low deposits! Don’t let that deter you!
i'm obsessed with this balcony concept in a lot of korean apartments. Even tho i'm really tall myself i'd love tho have this small nook upstairs with my bed. especially with a view like that. seems super cozy

Really cozy apartment, love the window, and the loft bed is really practical !
Tbh I've had to use a water filter for my shower in the UK too!! No way, that secret table is so smart and so pretty as a decoration, I would have never guessed it was a table..! That view, with the sunset... every day, please!! That place even has a built-in mirror, and hidden storage everywhere, I'm totally sold! 😄😄😆

What a beautiful apartment! If you can afford it you should definitely have a decorator help you as I feel like they could maximize space usage and contribute to the coziness factor. Good luck on your life in Korea! I lived in Spain when I was young and it was so fun and such a confidence booster!

You can have a glass coffee table if you want. It will look less cramped. But the canvass foldable table looked good too.

Oooo love that!
where do you find these nice apartments , and can you live there for a couple months rather than like a 12 month lease ?
2:40 that's because most - if not all - Korean recipes don't require an oven... personally, having an oven just feels too much when I already have a stovetop and microwave to cook, but not having a washing machine in the unit is such a pain in the ass. 4:33 that's interesting because the water quality in Korea was actually rated top 10 around the globe. I've met so many Asian friends hating - including myself - the lime water in the US because it has ruined their hair. Maybe it depends on the ethnicity (hair type) and how the water is managed in the building? 6:25 also... this thing can iron/sanitize/remove odor/etc. it pains me to see that it's not getting utilized.
I've been trying to figure out how to move to Korea but everything I read confuses me. Could you please help me? Did you get a permanent visa or a 91 days or more visa ? How do you go about money and budgets required to go from the US to Korea? Do you have to have proof of job when getting an apartment? etc
Is this apartment on a rent or you buy it plz answer
