From my view point, I would pick #2&4.

#2 looks gorgeous, but that (imo steep) staircase to go down….I would fall down it in no time…not a good idea. 😅🤣 I would apply for apartment #4, that was my absolute favorite, and if that fell through my second choice would be apartment #5.

1st apt was really nice and obviously apt2 was very dreamy but I think their somewhat equal
