My dunk journey | 5 year vertical jump progress

Hey everybody,
recently I posted some videos about my training and current progress when I performed the OTA Elite Vertical Academy.
The entire journey has been going way longer though.
Back in 2020 I started playing some basketball again and did some dunk attempts on a lower rim (around 9'9'').
I was struggling to say the least but it was a start.
Over the next years I got stronger with weight training and this helped me to get my first dunks on 9'10''.
Dunking on 10 ft. was still difficult at that time. On a good day I could only hit 1 hand rimgrazers and reached a plateau with my vertical jump.
So I started the Elite Vertical Academy from ‪@overtimeathletes‬ and finally made huge improvement.
Hitting the first more powerful dunks, alley oops and 2 handers was amazing. My vertical jump improved by 6 to 7 inches at the end of the program.
After a year I decided to repeat the program. Once again my basic level made a huge "jump" and I also gained a little bit on my max vertical.
Another huge milestone was to hit my first in-game dunks. Something that seemed impossible 2 years ago.
And the journey continues...
With this video I want to show everybody that great progress is possible, no matter where you start from.

    Bro use penultimate step, that will increase your jump.... way to go

    thanks a lot! a few years ago I trained 5x a week with a push/pull/leg/upper body/lower body split with the OTA program it's 4x a week with upper body + unilateral focus/lower body + bilateral focus right now in-season I work out 2-3x per week full body or upper/lower split
