Sounds like parents only care about op when it affects how the family c them. They talk about how the family will react if op doesn't do what they want and how it will supposedly affect her. In reality, they are concerned about how people will be viewing them and how their favouritism has affected their daughters. The favourite is a spoilt, lying, manipulative violet brat while the one that was ignored and raised by the grandparents, a decent hard-working adult. It won't be op they'll think badly of but them because they know they screwed up but won't admit it. If they cared so much, they should have been better parents in the beginning.
